Camp Concordia's mission is to be an outstanding children's ministry, providing summer camp experiences for children, youth and families. When those camp sessions are not going on, the Concordia facilities are available to families and groups for rental. Dates may be available between Memorial Day weekend and early October.
Group Rentals (including church groups, scout groups, family reunions, sports teams, etc.) need a Group Contact/Leader to establish a User Agreement in advance with the Camp Concordia office.
There are two areas of Camp Concordia to consider for your retreat: The Base Camp Facilities and the Family Campground.
Base Camp Retreat Facilities
*Bunk Style Cabins (5 Cabins hold 12 people each, 4 Cabins hold 10 people each; Bathhouse with hot showers, sinks, flush toilets for both males and females in Base Camp area)
*No tent or trailer camping at cabins. Camping available in Family Campground. Tent and trailer only allowed in designated campground sites.
Lodge Main Dining/Meeting Space
(Limit 150 seated at tables, 324 without tables)
Exclusive use of Lodge requires minimum of 5 cabins rented. Depending on group size, meal times, etc., space may be shared space.
East Meeting Room (Limit 45): Insulated & heated meeting space, view of Half-Mile Lake (tables and chairs available for up to 45)
Multi-room Cottages* These two cottages may be used in conjunction with a group rental in the Base Camp or Family Campground.
Lakeview Cottage Pictures Sleeps 5 maximum; sink and toilet; cold water only; kitchenette.
Bethesda Cottage Sleeps 4 maximum; two bedrooms; full bathroom; hot and cold water; warming kitchen.
*No tent or trailer camping at cottages. Camping available in Family Campground. Tent and trailer only allowed in designated campground sites.
Visitor Fee: Day Visitors/Guests connected to your group are users and must be counted toward your final count and costs. Each person must be registered at the office.
