    Thirty-eight campsites nestled in oaks and pines available for family camping on a limited basis. Some with water and sewer. Lakeside sites available. All with electric. Nearby trails. Fishing. Swimming. Boat ramp available. Reservations required

Step 1: Meet with a few key leaders, define the goal of the retreat and choose a few open dates.

Step 2: Contact us at Camp to discuss your goals, preferred dates, and cost; request a User Agreement.

Step 3: Work on the budget: consider travel costs & food (Unless you are attending a Camp Concordia sponsored event, groups using Camp Concordia as their retreat experience destination rent the kitchen for their food preparation. Depending on the size of your group, other groups may also have scheduled food prep time.).

Step 4: Have youth/& families sign-up with a deposit of half the total cost (non-refundable).

Step 5: Review User Agreement details, sign, and send with deposit money to Camp Concordia.

Step 6: Meet with a few key leaders to finalize roles, activities and schedule.

Step 7: Meet with youth/& families, collect final payment from those attending, go over expectations, and recruit drivers.

Step 8: Come to Camp Concordia.
